Regulation 679/2016/EU
Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to inform you that Regulation 679/2016/EU provides protection for natural persons and other entities with regard to the processing of personal data. In accordance with the aforesaid legislation, your data will be processed in a fair, lawful and transparent manner, safeguarding your privacy and your rights.
The following information is therefore provided in compliance with article 13 of Regulation 679/2016/EU:
1. The data you have supplied will be processed on paper and digitally for the provision of the product/service you have requested.
2. The contribution of the data is compulsory for the correct provision of the product/service you have requested, and failure to contribute them may render the said provision partially or entirely impossible.
3. The data will be disclosed to other clearly identified entities, for the purposes of the correct provision of the product/service you have requested, but will not be disseminated.
4. If, for the purposes of the correct provision of the product/service you have requested, the processing also concerns “special categories of personal data” as defined by art. 9 of Regulation 679/2016/EU, meaning data which reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation, the said data will be processed within the limits enforced by the relative General Authorisations issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority, on paper and digitally. The said data may be disclosed to other clearly identified entities, for the purposes of the correct provision of the product/service you have requested, but will not be disseminated. The contribution of these data is optional, but failure to contribute them may render the continuation of the relationship partially or entirely impossible.
5. The data will be processed and stored throughout the contractual relationship established with you, and subsequently for the time necessary for the fulfilment of our relative legal obligations and to store your economic profile in order to rationalise customer and/or supplier selection.
6. With regard to the data processed as per this privacy policy statement, at all times the data subject has the rights of:
- Access (art. 15 Regulation EU no. 679/2016);
- Rectification (art. 16 Regulation EU no. 679/2016);
- Erasure (art. 17 Regulation EU no. 679/2016);
- Restriction of processing (art. 18 Regulation EU no. 679/2016);
- Portability, meaning the right to obtain the data from the data controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, in order to transmit them to another data controller without impediment (art. 20 Regulation EU no. 679/2016);
- Objection to processing (art. 21 Regulation EU no. 679/2016);
- Withdrawal of consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the consent-based processing prior to the withdrawal (art. 7, comma 3 Regulation EU no. 679/2016);
- To lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (art. 51 Regulation EU no. 679/2016).
