What is it?
“Blumarine loves you” card is an initiative created by BLUMARINE exclusively for its customers, to give them the opportunity to use shopping vouchers, on the terms and conditions hereunder. In addition, if you give your personal data to one of the participating BLUMARINE Stores or on this website, you can receive newsletters, text messages and other information about the initiative, exclusive special deals, the company and the BLUMARINE items, as well as about the initiatives and events held in the BLUMARINE Stores.
How to get it
1. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers are available in all the participating BLUMARINE Stores (see the attachment for a list). If you spend at least 200€ in one transaction (one single receipt) in a participating BLUMARINE Store or online, you will receive a “Blumarine loves you” card voucher.
2. Items on sale or special deals are not eligible for receiving the “Blumarine loves you” card voucher. Note that the “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers may even be earned when you buy something with your Birthday voucher (15% off) or your Welcome voucher (15% off) (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Vouchers”). The Parties agree that, when using a discount, the “Blumarine loves you” card voucher will be accrued on the net amount, after deducting the discount.
3. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers will be issued when the overall purchase has been fully paid up, even if it has been partly prepaid.
4. These terms and conditions apply to the “Blumarine loves you” card initiative and to the use of the vouchers.
Features
The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers entitle the customer to receive a discount on later purchases, provided they are redeemed by the end of the following month, in any participating store or online, at blumarine.com. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers are available in different denominations: 20€ - 30€ - 40€ - 50€. When spending, in one single transaction, at least:

  • - 200€, the customer receives a 20€ “Blumarine loves you” card voucher;

  • - 300€, the customer receives a 30€ “Blumarine loves you” card voucher;

  • - 400€, the customer receives a 40€ “Blumarine loves you” card voucher;

  • - 500€, the customer receives a 50€ “Blumarine loves you” card voucher,

    • And so on, on a pro-rata basis. For discounts over 50€, the customer receives as many “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers as may be needed to make up the total amount of the voucher she has earned. Combinations of vouchers are established by the store’s staff, as instructed by Blumarine S.p.A.
    The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers are strictly personal, cannot be transferred to any third party, can only be used in authorised BLUMARINE Stores (for a list, visit the website: https://www.blumarine.com/store-cards/special-service__store-cards.html) and only for private, non-commercial purposes. Rules apply to the “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers.

How to use the vouchers
The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers can be used online or in a participating BLUMARINE store, a list of which is available on the website: https://www.blumarine.com/store-cards/special-service__store-cards.html. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers can only be used to buy full-price items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, sales and/or special deals. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers cannot be transferred to any third party. The Store’s staff may ask to produce an ID card to check the identity of the holder of the “Blumarine loves you” card voucher.
The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers can be redeemed on the website at www.blumarine.com or in a participating store, until such initiative lasts. Vouchers must be redeemed by the end of the month following the one in which it has been issued (e.g.: a “Blumarine loves you” card voucher accrued on a purchase made in September can be spent on the next purchase, even in the same month, until the last day of October). Vouchers can be spent on purchases made after the voucher has been issued, in one single transaction, and by the last day of the month following the one in which it has been issued. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers may not be spent on items that cost less than the amount shown on the voucher.

Subscribers who have multiple “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers cannot spend them jointly by the deadline, and otherwise always for the entire amount shown on the voucher. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers are valid for the period indicated on the voucher, then the discount can no longer be redeemed. Owners of expired vouchers will not be refunded any remaining credit. Once spent, the “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers are ‘burnt’ in the cash system or in the e-shop, so they cannot be reused. No change will be given for the unspent part of the “Blumarine loves you” card voucher. Should the "Blumarine Loves you card(s)" be used to purchase item(s) to be returned, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund and a re-issue of the used "Blumarine Loves you card(s)" and the amount reimbursed shall be net of the value of the shopping voucher. The “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers may not be used to buy GIFT CARDS. The amount of the GIFT CARD will not be included in the price required to receive a “Blumarine loves you” card voucher. if a purchase is made with a GIFT CARD, the amount of the GIFT CARD will not be included in the price required to receive a “Blumarine loves you” card voucher (e.g. when spending 500€ with a 100€ GIFT CARD, the “Blumarine loves you” card voucher will be calculated on 400€ so it will amount to €40).
Any complaint about the “Blumarine loves you” card Programme may be submitted by email to customerservice@blumarine.com or by registered letter with advice of receipt to BLUMARINE S.p.A., Customer Care department, Viale J.A. Fleming 17, 41012 Carpi (MO).
By receiving and using a “Blumarine loves you” card voucher, the customer accepts these terms and conditions. As from November 15th 2021, these Rules shall replace and supersede any earlier stipulation, even if amended. Such Rules shall be valid until expressly amended or supplemented or replaced. Valid terms and conditions shall be posted on the BLUMARINE website at: https://www.blumarine.com/store-cards/special-service__store-cards.html and may be consulted in the participating BLUMARINE stores.
The Customer’s details shown on the “Blumarine loves you” card voucher shall be used by BLUMARINE in compliance with the applicable Privacy principles. No sensitive data will be collected. The details shown on the “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers shall only be used to check if the “Blumarine loves you” card voucher can actually be redeemed. Customers who refuse to provide their personal data will not be allowed to use the “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers. No details shall be disclosed to any third party, unless required by the applicable laws. Personal data shall be processed by means of electronic media, for as long as needed to achieve the purposes they have been collected for. Specific security measures are taken to prevent any loss of data or any illegal or improper use of or any unauthorised access to such information. Customers may ask to have their personal data deleted once and for all by sending an email to dpo@blumarine.it or by writing to BLUMARINE S.p.A. Viale J. A. Fleming 17- 41012 Carpi (MO). In this case, the Customer will lose the right to spend her “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers. To view our Global Privacy Notice, visit the website at www.blumarine.com.
Any controversy that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the “Blumarine loves you” card vouchers shall be settled by the Courts of Italy.
