Refunds and Returns
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within the terms and conditions established by the Terms of Sale. Once you have exercised this right, you can return your items according to the procedures described below.
The products must not have been used, worn and/or washed and must not be damaged.
You can request a return within 45 days of receiving your order. The goods must be in their original condition, including tags, unused and placed inside the original box (or, alternatively, an equally sturdy one).
To make a return, follow these instructions:
- Enter the return request on the website following the instructions at this link, choosing between a refund and a size exchange, and selecting the method you wish to use for the return:

Option 2A: Collection at Home
If you would like to request a collection at your home (or at an address of your choice in your country), please select the “COLLECTION AT HOME” option. The courier will collect your package at the address and on the day you specify. Please make sure you are home and get a receipt from the courier.
You do not need a return shipping label; the courier will have it with them during the collection. -
Option 2B: Delivery at a Pickup Point
If you want to take the return to a pickup point, select the “DELIVERY AT A PICKUP POINT” option, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package and consult the list of pickup points closest to your home at this link
Once the warehouse has received and inspected your return, and if it has met all the criteria set out in this section and the Terms of Sale, the Customer will be refunded within 14 days of the date the goods were delivered to the warehouse.
If your return does not meet the terms and conditions listed above, it will be rejected and will not be refunded.

Dans votre message, merci de bien vouloir préciser l'adresse à laquelle vous souhaitez que le courrier passe, le jour (du lundi au vendredi) et l'heure indicative à partir de laquelle il peut passer. N'hésitez pas à nous indiquer toute difficulté qui empecherait au courrier d'accéder facilement à votre sonnette (code d'entrée, impasse, etc.). Si vous souhaitez que le courrier passe à votre travail par exemple une entreprise ou un cabinet médical, un salon de coiffure, etc.. merci de nous en indiquer le nom également.
